At Inner West CrossFit Sydney it is required that you start with:

To ensure that we can provide quality coaching, and adequate space & equipment for our members, Inner West CrossFit has a capped membership base. Currently we do not have any available membership spots , so unfortunately we are unable to start new people at this point in time. From time to time we will open up membership as spots become available. If you wish to be added to our waiting list please enter your details on the contact page and we will contact you when we have the next intake.

CrossFit is a very unique program, which is why everyone starts with a complimentary introduction session. This is a 60-minute session that gives you a chance to see our facility, learn about our methods and philosophy, and experience a workout. We’ll also answer your questions about our membership packages and joining.

After this introduction session you are invited to join in a group session to get a better understanding about Inner West CrossFit.

INTRO sessions are held on a Monday morning at 7:30am, Tuesday evening at 7pm or a Saturday morning at 8am. Booking is essential and your first session is FREE. Book in now to see why CrossFit is the most effective fitness and conditioning system of all.
