One on One and Small Group Personal Training is also offered at Inner West CrossFit. You’ll receive one-on-one personal attention, along with nutritional advice and a tailored program to achieve your specific goals. Personal Training can be done either in our studio in Leichhardt or outdoors at a location at your convenience. Personal training is for those who prefer the privacy, personal attention and additional accountability.

What To Expect In Your First Session:

For your First Free Session we will discuss with you your goals and specific individual training needs, as we realise not every ones needs and desires are the same, then we will establish your current fitness level with a basic work out that is guaranteed to work up a sweat. We will spend quality time with you every single session, not rush you. We will build a relationship with you and work on your goals together. We are here for you every step of the way.
