To ensure that we can provide quality coaching, and adequate space & equipment for our members, Inner West CrossFit has a capped membership base. Currently we do not have any available membership spots , so unfortunately we are unable to start new people at this point in time. From time to time we will open up membership as spots become available. The CrossFit INTRO session is advised for those people who are new to CrossFit, people who have been out of fitness for a while and for people who are not confident enough in joining the group straight away. Please refer to timetable for the INTRO sessions, or alternativly an INTRO session can be arranged anytime outside the group training times. Booking is essential and your first session is FREE.
